Keeping workers safe—especially when working at heights—is our top priority. We strictly follow OSHA guidelines to identify risks and manage safety throughout every project. Our team gets full training on safety gear like harnesses, fall protection, scaffolds, and lifts to work safely and confidently. We have simple, clear plans for accidents and emergencies, practiced regularly to ensure quick and effective action when needed.
We select and utilize machinery based on the building's height and access, like swing stages, suspended scaffolds, or aerial lifts such as boom lifts (articulating or telescopic) and scissor lifts.
We follow a precise plan which includes a schedule, equipment selection, setting of safety rules, and backup plans for delays or problems. We use clear ways to share information and handle issues during the project.
We choose strong exterior paints designed for tall buildings to resist sun, rain, and temperature changes. Special coatings like elastomeric for waterproofing and flexibility, or silicone for UV protection and energy saving are always considered when High Rise performance is needed with a proper surface preparation that can’t be matched!
